S\\u00e3o atualmente conhecidos diversos processos pelos quais se podem formar BNs. Nesta apresenta\\u00e7\\u00e3o estamos particularmente interessados na forma\\u00e7\\u00e3o de BNs nos instantes iniciais do Universo. Estes BNs, designados de primordiais (BNPs), formam-se a partir do colapso gravitacional de flutua\\u00e7\\u00f5es locais de densidade. Para que se forme um BNP \\u00e9 necess\\u00e1rio que a amplitude da flutua\\u00e7\\u00e3o exceda um determinado valor \u03b4&lt;sub&gt;c&lt;\/sub&gt;. O valor de \u03b4&lt;sub&gt;c&lt;\/sub&gt; permanece em geral constante durante os instantes iniciais do Universo. Contudo, quando o Universo atravessa uma mudan\\u00e7a de fase, como \\u00e9 o caso da mudan\\u00e7a de fase da Cromodin\\u00e2mica Qu\\u00e2ntica (QCD) no decurso da qual quarks e glu\\u00f5es juntam-se para formarem neutr\\u00f5es e prot\\u00f5es, o valor de \u03b4&lt;sub&gt;c&lt;\/sub&gt; sofre um decr\\u00e9scimo favorecendo a eventual produ\\u00e7\\u00e3o de BNPs.
